Privacy
Last updated August 1, 2026
Most privacy policies get written for regulators. This one is written for someone deciding whether it's safe to type their name into a form on this website.
What this site collects on its own
Nothing. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party cookies, no social media pixels, and no embedded fonts or scripts loaded from other companies. Reading this site does not create a profile of you anywhere.
Our web host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as every web server does. We do not use them to identify visitors.
What you give us in a form
Only what you type. Every form on this site asks for the minimum needed to reply: a way to contact you, and whatever you choose to tell us. You do not have to give us your legal name, your address, or any documentation, and we will not ask you to prove anything.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with anyone for marketing. We do not share it with police, courts, employers, landlords, or family members. We do not run advertising, so there is nobody to share it with even if we wanted to.
We do not contact you first on any channel you have not told us is safe.
Who can see it inside the organization
Inquiries are read by the Executive Director and, where a reply requires it, by the specific staff member or provider who needs to act on it. Provider records and participant records are kept separate.
The one exception: mandated reporting
Our instructors, clinicians, and staff are mandated reporters under Pennsylvania law. If we have reasonable cause to suspect that a child or a vulnerable adult is being abused, we are legally required to report it, and we will.
We would rather you knew that before telling us something than after. We will explain exactly what it covers before you enroll a child in any program.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within twelve months. Participant records are kept only as long as a funder or our insurer requires, and we never keep safety plans at all, since you hold the only copy.
Deleting your information
Write to us and ask. We will delete what we hold and confirm that we have done it. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask for one.
Forms and third-party processing
When form delivery is connected, submissions pass through a third-party form processor before reaching us. That provider will be named here, with a link to its own privacy terms, before any form on this site is live.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 through it. Enrollment of a minor in any program is done by a parent or guardian.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with information already given to us, we will say so at the top of this page rather than quietly updating the date.
