An informational website for ShadowWing Alliance, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation. It describes programs, some of which are still in development.

The safety information published here is general and cannot account for your circumstances. It is not a substitute for advice from an advocate, attorney, physician, or licensed clinician, and it is not an emergency service.

No guarantee of outcome

Self-defense and safety training reduce risk. Nothing reduces it to zero, and no technique works in every situation. We will not claim otherwise, and you should be skeptical of any organization that does.

Responsibility for violence belongs to the person committing it, never to the person who was harmed, whatever training they had or hadn't been given.

Program participation

Enrollment in any program is governed by the participation agreement and any waivers provided at the time of enrollment, not by this page.

Donations

Our 501(c)(3) application is pending. Until the IRS issues a determination letter we make no representation that any contribution is tax-deductible. Consult your own tax advisor.
